本案所在地为常州市青果巷19-8昔慢·艺家。

19-8为木质结构的仿古中式建筑，人字坡屋顶，以柱承檩，中式花阁窗。为了保留建筑最本真的风味，最大限度的呈现建筑的历史风貌，本案将建筑内部装饰也统一为中式风格，体现中国传统建筑的“天人合一、浑然一体”，内部格局、色彩上体现“静”和“净”，整体为淡丽清雅的风格。

本案共有上下两层，设计师在一楼设置了会议区、服务台、榻榻米、卡座区、休息区；二楼设置了形象墙、书画区、餐包区、住宿区。集多重功能于一体，满足宾客各项需求。

整个空间呈现的是城市中难能可贵的慢生活，提倡“高道不避世，大儒不在凡”的生活态度。旨在让宾客舒缓节奏，体验青果巷“桨声与书声相融，感受生活中美好的一面。

The location of the case is 19-8 green fruit lane, Changzhou.

19-8 is an archaizing Chinese architecture with wooden structure, herringbone sloping roof, purlin bearing columns, and Chinese style pavilion window. In order to retain the most authentic flavor of the building and present the historical style of the building to the maximum extent, this case also unifies the interior decoration of the building into the Chinese style, reflecting the "unity of nature and man" of the traditional Chinese architecture. The interior pattern and color reflect "quietness" and "cleanness", and the overall style is light, beautiful and elegant.

This case is a total of two floors, the designer in the first floor set up a meeting area, service desk, tatami, booth area, rest area; The second floor is equipped with image wall, calligraphy and painting area, meal package area and accommodation area. Set multiple functions in one, to meet the needs of guests.

The whole space presents the precious slow life in the city, advocating the life attitude of "the high way does not hide from the world, the great scholar is not in the world". The aim is to allow guests to enjoy the soothing rhythm of the oar and the sound of books in green fruit lane, and to experience the bright side of life.
